Who is “Engaging Family Awareness” (EFA) Workshop for?
The Short Answer:
EFA Workshop is a one-day workshop for parent(s)/caregivers looking to explore challenges associated with navigating one of life’s most difficult tasks — raising a child! The EFA workshop is geared towards deepening family connections and becoming more intentional in approaches to parenting and relationships.
The Long Answer:
The EFA workshop welcomes any and all caregivers (moms, dads, grandparents, etc.) who play a vital role in helping to raise a child. We take an approach that embraces family diversity in order to help create a more rewarding and fulfilling family experience.
Our EFA Workshops approach parenting through an attachment and family systems lens. Our theory is founded in research but focused on real experiences. You’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of your own unique family dynamic as well as the specific skills and techniques necessary for improving your relationship with your kids and caregiving partner(s).
Family therapy is a huge commitment. It requires a significant amount of time, emotional energy, and finances that a family may not be ready or able to expend. We created EFA workshops to be a one-day crash course so that you can get started on changing frustrating, unfulfilling, and painful patterns that exist in your family unit. The EFA workshop is also a great supplement for individuals or couples who are already in therapy who want to dedicate a full day to learning new ways to improve their family relationships.
If you have more questions about whether EFA is right for you, please don’t hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
How much does EFA Workshop Cost?
The cost of the workshop is $175 for an individual and $225 for a couple (and $50 for each additional person who wants to join).
We welcome parents, grandparents, and anyone who plays a role in the child’s life!
